C&M PRODUCE was started in 2004 with a simple focus, "Deliver Freshness Daily", and the reality of that has seen our business thrive. From a customer base of some 60 restaurants in 2005, we now serve 83 dining locations and 8 Farm Markets. A smile goes a long way, and our great relationship with our customers, patrons, distributors and employees has been key to that success. C&M Produce procures products from local farmers when in season and also from the market. We currently run four trucks and are in the market five nights a week. We deliver fresh directly from the field and market your restaurant. We're always "in the neighborhood." We believe in thinking globally and acting locally.

C&M Produce believes that if you hire good people, train them well, treat them fairly and let them do their job, the rest usually takes care of itself. For those occasions that it doesn't happen, our staff is always just a phone call away. If you're not happy, we're not happy.

C&M Produce delivers #1(A) Grade produce, fresh daily, with an open return policy. We take pride in knowing that our produce on average represents one third of your customer's plates and enhances their casual dining experience.

C&M Produce knows that the customer satisfaction is paramount and accordingly we hold our price sheets for one week and fill in as needed. Emergency orders are never a problem. Prompt service with a smile is our calling card.
